How does it work?

Base subscription gets you 2 sessions per week. Use them or lose them. Minimum commitment is 3 months.

What does it cost?

The short answer is, "it depends." Purchasing a subscription will always be less costly than buying the equivalent amount of sessions individually, but based on what services you would like included in the package, the price will vary.

What services are available in a subscription?

Pretty much everything! Golf sim, personal training, manual treatments, physical therapy! You name it! 

Can I do more than 2x per week?

Yes! add-ons like extra sessions, or a mix-and-match of services will cost a little more, but tell us what you're looking for and we'll work together to find a package that fits!
