A former four-sport athlete, James holds the record at GVSU for "Most Intramural Games Played." He is extremely competitive, and loves any activity that can be 'won'. Self-described as a nerd, he recently took up the hobby of playing Magic: The Gathering. In his free time, you can find James at the dog park or on walks/runs with his Siberian Husky, Apex.
