A one-time appointment for you to meet with a trainer, where they will create a personalized workout routine for you, based on your personal goals and current fitness level. The personalized program will approximately be a three month long training schedule for you to follow independently. It will be customized for your specific situation (schedule flexibility, access to equipment, likes/dislikes, etc.). This is a fantastic option for people who don't have regular schedules, because you only schedule ONE appointment. Then it's on YOU to follow through in your own free time!

TPI Level 1
Assessment

The TPI level 1 assessment is a full body movement and golf swing assessment that looks at how you move, not how you hit the ball, to determine key areas in need of correction to allow for the most biomechanically correct swing for your body. This assessment is accompanied by prescription of a personalized corrective exercise program to help you maximize, or maintain your game, year-round!

Functional Movement Screen
$100
A full-body, mobility and stability screen comprised of seven major movements to help guide training by identifying potential areas of need. This screening is highly recommended for individuals looking to get into exercise, who have been less active in recent months/years. In addition to the screening, you will receive personalized corrective exercises to address the deficient movement patterns.

Stretching
Session
$60/30 min
Everyone knows the importance of mobility and flexibility, but how often do we skip this in our workouts? For the majority of us, the answer is "too often." Let us help you stay accountable to this area of fitness through an assisted stretching routine where the trainer does all the work! You just relax on the table and enjoy the benefits. You guide the session: pick focus joints/movements that you want to be worked on, communicating intensity of stretch that you prefer.
